Ingredients

3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp White Flour
2 Cups Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)

Spices to taste:

Pepper
Salt
Yeast Seasoning

The seasoning is to taste (like everything DUH) but add small amounts and build up, can also so add garlic or onion (powder) what ever takes your fancy but you want dry ingredients that blend well and you don’t want to overpower, tis just a fricking white sauce you numpty.

Method

Add the oil to a pot, on a medium heat, add the flour and stir or whisk vigorously.
Add the soy milk continuing to whisk and increase heat allowing the sauce to gradually thicken - heat till boiling - boil for a couple of minutes.
